Which home sizes fit
Doesn't fit (4 home sizes)
Each home size is a typical furniture list plus the box counts from a moving guide. Our packing fills about 70–80% of a truck; a careful pro load fits more.
Will big items fit?
Tightest fits first. Headroom is the space left above it as loaded; at the door is the clearance getting it in.

Notes on these numbers
Page says specs are "based on the most common fleet rented by Budget Truck Rental and are not the exact measurements of all fleets. Specifications may vary based on the make, model, and year of the truck." Spec labels and values are rendered as two separate lists on the page; values were paired with labels by position (both lists had equal counts). No deck height, over-cab ('Mom's attic'), or outside length/width on the page. ODD: rear door width (7’ 4”) is larger than interior width (6’ 3”) as published - one of them may be wrong; Penske's 16' says up to 7 ft. 7 in. wide inside. Ramp: 'Load Ramp Width 2’ 3/8”' (written that way) and 'Load Ramp Capacity 1,000 Lbs'; separate lift-gate truck page exists but is not part of this row. outsideHeight is the page's 'Clearance'. Listing card 'Up to 4,460 lbs' agrees. Third-party (mymove/hireahelper search snippets) repeat 16' 0" x 6' 3" x 6' 7", 658 cu. ft. - consistent. Budget lists the rear door as 7' 4" wide but the inside as 6' 3"; L×W×H (16'×6'3"×6'7") gives exactly the claimed 658 cu ft, so the door width is the value most likely wrong. Door width left out until checked. Outside sizes are left out on purpose: the source gives a clearance height or numbers from another page, not the box size.
Loading tips for this truck
- The door is 6'1" high but the inside is 6'7": tall furniture has to be tilted to get in, then stood up.
- The floor is flat (no wheel wells inside), so the full width is usable all the way back.
- Load heavy furniture and appliances first, against the cab wall, and boxes last on top.
